E-Book Cover Design. Help me choose.

Phew…the final edit of my new e-book “Love in the Vines” is almost complete. All going according to plan, Love in the Vines will be available from the Amazon Kindle Store next week.
Below is two versions of the proposed cover. I’d love your feedback. Please feel free to post a comment letting me know if you prefer the writing in or outside of the heart.
